SHIPPING POLICY

It will be delivered to the address provided at the customer's expense from our workshop

The merchandise will be sent to the customer with prior notice, facilitating shipment tracking.

If the customer is not available with our delivery attempts

The right to cancel and claim any expenses incurred for this reason is reserved.

Do not accept any delivery if the merchandise has suffered any damage,

at the risk of becoming the client's responsibility

The costs of transport outside the peninsula will be calculated in a personalized way by our transport or one suggested by the client, being the costs at your expense.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can  

request an exchange or refund 

The return period is 15 days from the delivery date.

as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been tampered with

Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. 

except for defective products or wrong shipments 

Once the merchandise has been reviewed in the workshop, it will be returned.
